1996 Georgia State Senate Resolution 529

A RESOLUTION

Relating to and affecting America's governments, organizations and families; and for other purposes.

WHEREAS, the Georgia General Assembly, one of the 13 original framers of the United States Constitution, resolved that a constitutional plan to defeat civic illiteracy be developed, promoted and implemented in Georgia, the nation and the world; and

WHEREAS, civic illiteracy is the inability to acquire knowledge necessary to share the Republican Form of Government; the blind, insidiously evil ignorant condition that relegates citizens to divisible positions without representation; the inability to communicate, cooperate and coordinate; the source of all community problems; and

WHEREAS, the Coweta County community in Georgia co-developed the ALL-AMERICAN CITIZEN TEAM PLAN To Defeat Civic Illiteracy for 3,106 county communities in this country; and

WHEREAS, the Forsyth County community in Georgia co-developed the implementation plan for all governments to be known as "Republic Ships", for all organizations to be known as "Magnificent Seven Systems" and for all families to be known as "Civic Reasoning Families" and demonstrate lifetime mastery of "Republic Trustees Three Standards" with the ALL-AMERICAN CITIZEN TEAM PLAN To Defeat Civic Illiteracy; and

WHEREAS, the Civic Reasoning Invitation Team, led by law enforcement, organizations that teach citizenship, elected officials and families in every state, plants seeds of civic literacy, the foundation for law and order; and

WHEREAS, the seven patriotic organizations of government, education, business, religion, law enforcement, service and media encourage member families in every state to discover our Republic, learn how to share it and be able to keep it with the ALL-AMERICAN CITIZEN TEAM PLAN To Defeat Civic Illiteracy.

NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE SENATE that Georgia's 159 county communities should be encouraged to be good examples for 3,106 county communities in this country, that all governments should be encouraged to be known as "Republic Ships", that all organizations should be encouraged to be known as "Magnificent Seven Systems", and that all families should be encouraged to be known as "Civic Reasoning Families" and demonstrate lifetime mastery of "Republic Trustees Three Standards" with the ALL-AMERICAN CITIZEN TEAM PLAN To Defeat Civic Illiteracy.

BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that the Secretary of the Senate is authorized and directed to transmit appropriate copies of this resolution to certain named patriotic organizations for member families to present good copies of this resolution to America's governments, organizations and families.
